We are a special purpose acquisition company with no business operations. Since our IPO, our sole business activity has been identifying and evaluating suitable acquisition transaction candidates. We do not operate any enterprise information technology systems of our own and have only a limited number of personnel. Therefore, we do not consider that we face significant cybersecurity risk.

We have not adopted any cybersecurity risk management program or formal processes for assessing cybersecurity risk. Our management is generally responsible for assessing and managing any cybersecurity threats, who limit the persons who have authorized access to our online accounts and limit the vendors whose services we utilize to a small number of reputable service providers. If and when any reportable cybersecurity incident arises, our management shall promptly report such matters to our board of directors for further actions, including regarding the appropriate disclosure, mitigation, or other response or actions that the board deems appropriate to take. Our board of directors is generally responsible for the oversight of risks from cybersecurity threats, if there is any.

As of the date of this report, we have not encountered any cybersecurity incidents since our IPO.
