Item 1C. Cybersecurity

 

The Company believes that its cybersecurity risk is minimal. Its daily sales are recorded through a third-party point-of-sales system which is backed up daily. The Company also prints out a hard copy of the daily sales. The Company’s financial information is recorded on a third-party software system and is backed up daily. If the Company were to experience a cyberattack, it would be able to use the prior day’s backup and easily recreate information of the day in which there was such an attack. The Company has not experienced a cybersecurity attack as of the date of this Annual Report.
