ITEM 1C. Cybersecurity

 

As a result of the transition of our business, limited employees and our lack of capital, we do not have any processes for assessing, identifying, and managing material risks from cybersecurity threats. Accordingly, we do not have any such processes that have been integrated into our overall risk management system or processes. Additionally we do not engage assessors, consultants, auditors, or other third parties in connection with any such processes, nor do we have processes to oversee and identify such risks from cybersecurity threats associated with its use of any third-party service provider.

 

We have not had any previous cybersecurity incidents, and we have not, at this time, identified or evaluated any risks from cybersecurity threats that have materially affected or are reasonably likely to materially affect the Company, including its business strategy, results of operations, or financial condition.

 

Our Board of Directors, which currently is composed of Barry Kostiner as the sole director, and who is also our sole executive director, has general oversight of the Company’s risk of cybersecurity threats. Mr. Kostiner does not have any particular expertise in assessing or managing cybersecurity threats. The Company has not adopted any processes by which Mr. Kostiner is informed about and monitors the prevention, detection, mitigation, and remediation of cybersecurity incidents.
